Between The User and MyShareIndia


BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:


TERMS

  • MyShareIndia is a temporary file sharing service. Files are stored for a duration chosen at upload and are permanently deleted after they expire.
  • All uploaded files are publicly accessible to anyone who has the link. Links are randomly generated, but MyShareIndia provides no access controls beyond that. The User should not upload sensitive or private content.
  • Files are publicly accessible by design. The User should have no expectation of privacy for any file they upload.
  • MyShareIndia does not guarantee the security of uploaded files or any data associated with The User's use of this service.
  • MyShareIndia is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. MyShareIndia is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any damages arising from use of this service.
  • The User has the right to contact MyShareIndia and request the early deletion of an uploaded file before it expires. MyShareIndia will honour valid requests on a best effort basis.
  • MyShareIndia reserves the right to remove any uploaded content and restrict access to this service at any time and without notice.
  • MyShareIndia reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of this service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

CONDITIONS

  • The User must not upload content that is illegal, illicit, sexually explicit, hateful, discriminatory, or that sexualizes minors in any way. Content that sexualizes minors (CSAM) will be immediately removed and reported to law enforcement without exception.
  • The User must not upload content that infringes on the copyright or intellectual property of any third party.
  • The User must not upload malware, viruses, or any file intended to cause harm to other users or systems.
  • The User must not attempt to circumvent, abuse, or otherwise interfere with any rate limiting systems in place of this service.
  • The User must not use bots, scripts, or any other automated tools to attack, flood, or otherwise disrupt this service or its infrastructure.
  • The User must not use this service to distribute spam, phishing links, or any content designed to deceive or defraud others.
  • Failure to comply with any of these conditions can and will result in a temporary or permanent ban from MyShareIndia.
